I just made some steamed cabbage with dried anchovy and dried shrimp with plenty of garlic. I added enough prawn chilli to coat the cabbage dark red. Microwave steamer for 14 mins for 11/2 lbs of shredded cabbage, served with stinky tofu and Paki garlic pickle. Hellacious beer food!!!! Great stuff!
